Food Adulteration Awareness Camp
JSPMs Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy and Research, Tathawade organized Food Adulteration Awareness Camp on 11th Jan 2019. To create awareness regarding food adulteration, our students demonstrated simple techniques for detection of adulterants in food material. Students also provided information regarding food consumption, incidence and prevalence of biological risk, residues of various contaminants in foods products, identification of emerging risks and introduction of rapid alert system, food safety and food standards. Principal Dr. K. R. Khandelwal guided the students for the event. Prof. A. N. Tankar, Prof. N. N. Dharmadhikar, Prof. A. R. Supekar, Department of Pharmacognosy took special efforts to make the event successful. Many doubts were cleared during the camp. Programme has been highly appreciated by all the institutions of tathawade campus.
