A Guest Lecture on Career Opportunities in Clinical Research

A Guest lecture was organized on Career Opportunities in Clinical Research on 10th.Oct.2015 in Seminar Hall of our college. The speakers were Mr. Saumyajit Paul and Dr. Patil  from Mitcon Institute,  Pune. They have explained Career Opportunities in Clinical Research for Pharmacy Students. Also, the details of Pharmacovigilence was dicussed. What are the requirement and expectations of Pharmaceutical Industries and IT Industries from Pharmacy students regarding Clinical Research, was expained to the students. The details of Clinical Research  Course along with the syllabus was also the part of explanation.  Many queries of the students regarding clinical research were solved. Overall the session was very interactive and informative to the students. Ms. Pranali Alkutkar, Asst. Prof. Pharmaceutical Chemistry Dept.  introduced the speakers while Mrs. Vrushali Kakkad, Asst. Prof. Pharmacology Dept. gave vote of thanks. All the staff members along with the students of B.Pharm and M.Pharm were present for the seminar.
